Good location near multiple subway/train lines. Facilities include kitchenette, washer dryer, vacuum, and sufficient towels. Extra bed not set up initially, but fee was waived. Excellent stay with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Would recommend to friends.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, being close to the Shin-Nihonbashi subway station and Mitsukoshimae station. This makes it convenient for travelers to explore the city. There are also convenience stores and shops nearby, making it easy to pick up any essentials. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities such as a washer/dryer and a kitchenette.
The entry procedure with a different code for the lift and the room could be seen as complicated and less secure, as it is written down and provided to guests.

This hotel had the best location for me, just a short walk from the subway and train station. It was so convenient to get around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite not having breakfast provided, there were plenty of convenience stores nearby for a quick bite.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It had it all - a fantastic location close to a train station, spacious and well-equipped rooms, and excellent service. The hotel was just a few minutes' walk from the Shin-Nihonbashi subway station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. There were also convenience stores nearby, so we never had to worry about running out of essentials.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The apartment fit our family of 5 comfortably, with a washer and dryer, and all necessary appliances. Convenient location near multiple train stations. Staff were responsive and helpful, arranged luggage forwarding services and assisting with forms. Spacious and clean room. Washing machine/dryer in the room was a life saver. Nice food options and shopping nearby.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of Monday Apart Premium Nihonbashi Aparthotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the Shin-Nihonbashi station. This made it convenient for us to explore Tokyo with our young kids. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, perfect for our family. The amenities provided, such as the well-equipped kitchenette and the washer/dryer, were very helpful for our longer stay. there were convenient shops just across the road for picking up food and essentials. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
While the staff at Monday Apart Premium Nihonbashi Aparthotel were mostly friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where communication was challenging, especially with non-English speaking staff. It would have been helpful if they explained the house rules and facilities in a more thorough manner.
